BOX FIT

A great workout for men and women alike; this boxing class gets you sparring in pairs with one wearing gloves, the other pads, then you swap! Chuck in some shuttle-runs, abdominal exercises, push-ups and stretching and you have yourself a great full-body workout that burns calories, conditions your entire body and lets off steam at the same time.

 

 

BUMS & TUMS & GUNS

Wave goodbye to lumps and bumps. Come and get your heart rate up for 60minutes with our cardiovascular moves combined with planks, squats, push ups and rows to name a few! Our instructors will crank up your fitness levels whilst toning up your arms, bums, thighs and tums!!

ZUMBA

Party yourself into shape through this exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party! HIIT

This high intensity, functional fitness class includes plyometric, sport-specific, military and bootcamp style exercises. You will push, pull, lift, carry and swing your way through 60 intense minutes working every muscle in your body. Format can vary from Tabata, pyramid, circuit-training. Whichever it is we guarantee to make you sweat!

YOGA

Breath and flow in and out of postural poses to increase strength and flexibility and reduce stress.
